How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Mochi in the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open Mochi on your new device and sign in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. Your subscription should restore automatically. If not, go to the app's settings and tap "Restore Purchases."
Can I use Mochi offline?
Many features work offline, including flashcard reviews and previously downloaded lessons. An internet connection is needed for syncing progress, speech practice, and downloading new content.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion by emailing support@eastbridgesoftware.com. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
What JLPT levels does Mochi cover?
Mochi covers all five JLPT levels from N5 (beginner) through N1 (advanced). The curriculum includes grammar, vocabulary, kanji, reading, listening, and speaking practice for each level.
